    Photo a Day

    Aug 2, 2013 · 3 Comments

As if I don't have anything else going on this month, I am going to give the FMS Photo a Day a try. I was inspired by Debbi at Knit. Run. Reap. Eat. who takes marvelous photos. Hopefully with practice I will get better.

Here are the "rules" from the FatMumSlim blog:

Playing along with photo a day is super easy:
♥ Check out the August photo a day list.
♥ Each day look at the daily prompt and take a photo according to whatever the prompt is. For example for day 1 the prompt is ‘Something beginning with N’ so share anything that spot today that begins with the letter N. I love seeing what people come up with for these letter prompts.
♥ Once you’ve taken the photo it’s time to share it. There are loads of places you can share it. See below for more details.
♥ Check out other people’s photos. You can browse through them on my Facebook page, in the FMS Photo A Day Facebook group. Or on Instagram or Twitter just search for the #FMSphotoaday hashtag to see them all.

For more info, hop on over to Chantelle's blog.

Here's the list of prompts for this first month:

I was a day late getting started because of the chaos of having to re-sign those loan docs AGAIN yesterday. As easy and fast as it was on Sunday, it was agonizingly long slow and painful yesterday. The Notary asked my husband what he did for a living (College Math Instructor) and then later on gave a detailed explanation of the Amoritization page and what Annual Percentage Rate means. My husband was so patient he just smiled and joked "Do you want to know the formula for true rate?". Luckily my laptop battery waited until the very end to die so the little monster stayed quiet throughout. That better be the LAST time.

Back to Photo a Day, here are my first two pictures:

N is for Net (with the guys climbing behind it at Legoland, California)

Incomplete - Me on the bench without my guys, who were climbing on the net at the time.

Hopefully I will have plenty more photos. Not sure if I am going to post daily or a weekly summary. Decisions, decisions.

« You HAVE to be kidding me!
Not sure which was cuter »

Thanks, both of you. I am having so far (a whopping 6 days in). I love seeing the other photographs. It is challenging me to be creative with the prompts and my photographs.
