    This week in pictures

    Jul 21, 2013 · 1 Comment

I am taking the lazy bloggers way out of posting today and doing a week in review picture post. Happy Sunday all.

Can you find a number 4 in this picture? I almost cut off part of an H to make one. We dumped half a bag on the table before I figured out what it looked like. Answer at the bottom.

The grapes were ripe so it was time to make Red Grape Jelly.
This year I added a little lavender to the mix.

Hello, old friends. It's been awhile. It was great to visit with you.
I promise we will be staying in touch three times a week from now on.

Playing with ice cubes, in the baking hot sun.
He was putting them on the stepping stones that he had numbered.

He took this one. Not sure how he managed to get that glowing effect. Looks a bit double exposed, but what do I know.

THAT is a four! there are a few more up above it, but this one was sitting upright.

And finally a sunrise picture from my yard of the Mountain Fire near Idyllwild,CA. As of last night 50% contained and over 24,000 acres burned. We are about 50 miles Southwest.

    Praying the Firefighters stay safe!
