You HAVE to be kidding me!

Remember how happy I was to be done signing all of those loan documents for our refi on Sunday?

I just got a phone call from the notary service. Seems the documents were dated July 31, and you can’t pre-sign loan ducuments.

We have to do it all AGAIN! … and we have to do it in the next two days.
